Aggression in international law is the use of force by one State against another that is not justified by self-defense or other legal exceptions. The illegality of aggression is a very fundamental norm of modern international law whose prevention is the chief purpose of the establishment of the United Nations. Before the United Nations, the League of Nations made the prevention of aggression its central aim. Human aggression on the other can be defined as a mode of behavior characterized by the willful intention of inflicting pain on another individual emanating from a varied range of underlying unresolved issues between the persons concerned.

The Arab world is therefore convinced that their territory is threatened and that they must rise up in arms to ensure the defeat of America in this territorial onslaught. This therefore indicates that the current Islamic resistant is a matter of life and death that the Arab world is not willing to give up.
