Higher education will provide better answers to personal and social needs and it will become socially less unequal; because one may go back any time to learn. Higher education will become less expensive and with alteration of work, learning and leisure the whole pattern of adult life will change for the better.

Princess R.It is not only Kenya which suffers from unemployment. Even countries in Asia such as the Philippines also has unemployment as a perennial problem.
