For instance according to National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in 1997, approximately 1.5 million Americans aged 12 and over were reported to be chronic users of cocaine. Indeed, at the moment it is considered as the major stimulant that is greatly abused. Cocaine abuse is not something new, but currently it is being seen as the caviar of relaxation drugs.
